The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a high-energy, proactive Shift Supervisor (Full-Time & Part-Time) to help lead the charge. You will act as the right hand to the Store Manager, keeping the atmosphere upbeat, the drinks flawless, and the team fully supported.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Set the Vibe: Be the face of the store’s culture. Welcome customers like they’re friends, keep the playlist right, and ensure the atmosphere is always 10/10.
- Lead the Floor: Champion an unforgettable guest experience—ensuring service is friendly, fast, and welcoming.
- Drive Operations: Take charge of shift duties, including managing the till, executing smooth opening and closing routines, and keeping ingredients perfectly stocked.
- Coach & Inspire: Act as a mentor on the floor, helping train new hires and keeping the team in sync during peak rush hours.
- Uphold the Standard: Ensure every single drink poured meets Ningji’s strict quality, aesthetic, and recipe standards.
- Maintain Excellence: Keep an immaculately clean workspace while strictly adhering to all hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Who You Are
- The Energy: You have that magnetic, positive energy that people naturally gravitate toward. You don't get stressed easily and know how to keep things light but professional.
- You have a solid background in food & beverage, cafes, or bubble tea (stepping up into a supervisory or senior staff role previously is a massive plus).
- You have a flexible schedule and are ready to tackle weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- You are a natural motivator who leads by example and stays cool under pressure.
- You possess exceptional communication skills. (Bilingual ability, particularly Mandarin, is highly advantageous for our Burwood customer base).
- You are detail-obsessed but fast on your feet.
