The venue features an 'orchard to table' restaurant and cellar door experience, large alfresco cider garden overlooking the grounds as well as endless options for both formal and casual weddings and events.
With tourism attractions, orchard picking & tours, onsite cider production and a regular calendar of public events, there is truly something for everyone.
The Opportunity:
We are on the hunt for a creative, organised, and people focused Marketing & Events Coordinator or Manager to lead the planning, promotion and delivery of our marketing campaigns and events program. This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how great marketing drives unforgettable experiences.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that increase visitation, bookings and brand awareness across the Core offering.
Initially a Part-time role 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of increasing, and also further role/team development, as Core moves into its next phase of Hospitality & Tourism.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and on-site channels
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and on-site channels
- Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Liaise with designers, photographers, media, and external agencies
- Maintain website content and assist with SEO and online listings
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
- Build relationships with partners, sponsors, tourism bodies, and local businesses
- Create engaging content and promotional materials in line with brand voice
- Monitor campaign performance and event outcomes, providing insights and recommendations
What you will bring:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative thinker with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Confident using digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with social media, email marketing platforms, and CMS tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events
- RSA required
