Details: The Workforce Analytics Team is seeking a capable and collaborative Advisor who enjoys working with data to identify trends, solve problems and support evidence-based workforce decisions. In this role, you will deliver workforce reporting, analysis and insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making across the Education Directorate.
The role involves developing and maintaining workforce reports and dashboards, analysing data from HR, payroll and recruitment systems, and translating complex information into clear and practical insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Directorate to respond to reporting requests, support workforce planning activities, and provide high-quality analysis that contributes to people strategy initiatives.
You will also contribute to workforce data quality improvements, prepare reports and briefings, identify workforce trends and issues, and support the ongoing development of workforce analytics capability. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, experience working with workforce or HR-related data, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to a range of audiences. Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills will be highly regarded.
