Gaffke’s Gardens & Landscaping is seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.
The role involves completing scheduled garden maintenance across residential and care-package properties, with opportunities for additional hours assisting our landscaping team.
Key Duties
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Operating hand and power gardening equipment
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Assisting on landscaping projects where required
What We’re Looking For
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Previous gardening, horticulture or property maintenance experience
- Confidence using common gardening tools and equipment
- Good knowledge of plants, weeds and general garden care
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Respectful and professional when working at clients’ properties
- Ability to safely care for tools, equipment and vehicles
Experience driving larger vehicles and towing trailers, horticultural qualifications, nursery experience or landscaping experience will be highly regarded.

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
