Lead organisational capability uplift through training, coaching, awareness campaigns, and change initiatives that improve governance maturity, strengthen compliance, and empower teams to manage information effectively.
Provide strategic support for complex information management matters, including audits, investigations, legal discovery, Freedom of Information requests, and regulatory enquiries, while identifying opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and enhanced service delivery.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Extensive experience in information governance, records management, compliance, privacy, risk, legal services, or a related discipline, with a proven ability to drive outcomes in complex organisational environments.
Strong understanding of contemporary information governance practices and their role in enabling digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and broader business innovation initiatives.
Demonstrated success developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance programs that strengthen organisational capability, minimise risk, and support regulatory obligations.
Expertise in information management technologies and practices, including SharePoint governance, information architecture, EDRMS platforms, information lifecycle management, retention and disposal programs, and digital content management.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, provide strategic advice, and drive change across all levels of an organisation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities, with the ability to interpret legislation, assess risk, identify opportunities for innovation, and deliver practical governance solutions that create lasting business value.
