As our Senior Range & Space Systems & Capabilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of the systems, processes and capabilities that underpin our Range & Space function.
This is a highly influential role where you'll ensure the effective operation and evolution of key Range & Space systems, partnering across Commercial, Commercial Delivery, Digital, Technology and Business Unit teams to maximise business value, drive process excellence and strengthen team capability.
You’ll also:

Lead the governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of Range & Space systems and processes.

Act as the key subject matter expert for Range & Space platforms and ways of working.

Manage and enhance Blue Yonder and associated Range & Space systems to support business outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, system utilisation and operational effectiveness.

Represent business requirements and priorities with Technology and other support partners.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.

Partner with Commercial, Commercial Delivery, Technology, Data & Analytics and Digital teams to enable continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive system performance, governance, risk management and optimisation opportunities across the Range & Space function.

Support stakeholders through capability development, training, knowledge sharing and change adoption activities.

Establish and maintain effective operating rhythms, controls and support models for Range & Space systems.
You're a seasoned Range & Space professional who combines deep system knowledge with strong operational and stakeholder management capability. You understand the complexities of retail merchandising, space planning and range optimisation and have hands-on experience working with enterprise systems that support these functions.
You excel at partnering across teams to improve processes, system utilisation and business outcomes. Your stakeholder management skills are second to none, and you're comfortable influencing senior leaders while working closely with users to drive capability uplift and operational excellence.
You'll also bring:

Extensive Range & Space experience within a large retail environment.

Advanced hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (essential).

Experience using and managing Category Knowledge Base (CKB) and related system environments.

Strong systems management, governance or operational leadership experience.

Proven experience identifying and implementing process and system improvements.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing UAT processes and supporting system enhancements.

Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

A track record of driving business change, process improvement, system adoption and capability uplift.
