Commercial Officer - 12 Month Fixed Term - South Metro Depot
Join us as a Commercial Officer in this 12-month fixed-term opportunity at our South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, where your attention to detail, organisational skills and customer-focused approach will make a real impact. Working within a collaborative team, you will support a range of data processing and administrative activities, helping to ensure information is managed accurately and customer and business requirements are met efficiently.
Your Role in Action
Accurately process and maintain business data and records, ensuring a high standard of quality, completeness and attention to detail.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional and solutions-focused manner.
Monitor, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions and queries to support efficient business operations and positive customer outcomes.
Process transactions and administrative activities in line with established procedures, service standards and regulatory requirements.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, collaboration and a customer-first mindset.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.
Take ownership of daily and weekly work priorities, effectively managing competing demands to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, continuous learning and personal development, while contributing positively to team performance and culture.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or operational support role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Proven experience working with high-volume data entry, data processing or record management activities, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
A customer-focused mindset, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering positive outcomes and building effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute positively to team goals while supporting a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
A results-focused approach, taking ownership of responsibilities, managing priorities effectively and consistently delivering quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
