Provide administrative support and relief across the Inpatient Administration Team (Ward Clerks and Clinical Support Officers).

Deliver professional and responsive customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

Accurately manage patient information, appointments, records, and data entry tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with organisational policies, procedures, and healthcare standards.

Work flexibly across planned and unplanned shifts, Monday - Friday during business hours as required.

Flexibility and availability to work planned and unplanned shifts at least 4 days per week Monday - Friday. Availability on Mondays is essential.
