YOUR ROLE
As an Operations Supervisor within our Finished Vehicle Logistics team, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our East Arm NT site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll lead a small team and coordinate daily activities across the site. This is a hands-on leadership position, with time spent both in the office and out supporting the operation.
We're looking for a people-focused leader who can build a positive team culture, prioritise safety, stay organised and deliver results, and we welcome applicants from any operational, customer-facing or fast-paced environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
Lead and support a small operational team
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Coordinate daily workloads and site activities
Support vehicle movements and yard operations
Solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
Promote a positive team culture and high service standards
