We're looking for a Lead Process Analyst to help design, lead and optimise the processes that power our business and customer experiences.
You'll be at the heart of major transformation programs, partnering with business and technology leaders to map, improve and reimagine how Australia Post works.
This isn't a role where you'll simply document processes. You'll influence strategic decisions, lead a team of analysts, shape enterprise-wide process standards, and drive real business outcomes.
✅ Lead process analysis activities across complex transformation programs
✅ Guide and mentor a team of Process Analysts, uplifting capability and modelling best practice
✅ Develop end-to-end As-Is and To-Be process models that bring clarity to complexity
✅ Drive process governance, quality assurance and BPMN 2.0 standards
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to build shared understanding and alignment
✅ Manage process architecture, ensuring processes, capabilities and value streams connect seamlessly
✅ Identify risks, opportunities and improvements that deliver meaningful business outcomes
✅ Act as the go-to leader for process-related decisions, issues and strategic direction
You're a process leader who can see both the detail and the bigger picture.
You know how to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, facilitate meaningful conversations and bring people on the journey.
You thrive in transformation environments and love helping teams solve challenging business problems.
10+ years' experience in senior process analysis roles
Deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and process modelling best practices
Experience leading process analysis within large-scale transformation programs
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Expertise in process architecture, decomposition and governance
Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
