Gradi Fine Foods is looking for experienced cleaners to join our food manufacturing team in Coburg North.
You'll be responsible for keeping our food production areas, equipment, floors and workspaces clean, sanitised and ready for production.
If you have experience cleaning factories, food-production facilities, commercial kitchens, hospitals, aged-care facilities or other high-hygiene environments, we'd love to hear from you.
Employment: Permanent Part-Time Employment
Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week, with up to 38 hours available depending on availability and operational requirements
Shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Pay: $27.08 per hour + superannuation + applicable penalties

This is an ongoing part-time position, offering greater consistency and security than casual employment while still providing flexibility around the number of shifts worked each week.

Gradi Fine Foods is the food manufacturing and production arm of the Gradi Group.
From our Coburg North facility, our team produces a wide range of food products for Gradi venues, wholesale customers and retail operations.
It's a busy, hands-on environment where cleanliness, hygiene and food safety are critical to everything we produce.
What You'll Do:
As part of our dedicated cleaning team, you will:
- Clean and sanitise food-production areas and workspaces
- Clean production equipment, machinery, floors and surfaces
- Follow daily and scheduled cleaning procedures
- Safely use commercial cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Complete end-of-production cleaning and reset procedures
- Maintain food-safety, hygiene and contamination-control standards
- Work with the production team to keep the facility clean, organised and safe
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for people who are reliable, thorough and take pride in doing the job properly.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience
- Food manufacturing, food production or commercial kitchen cleaning experience highly regarded
- Alternatively, experience in hospitals, aged care or other hygiene-controlled workplaces
- Confidence using cleaning chemicals and commercial cleaning equipment
- The physical capability to complete repetitive and detailed cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
You'll receive site-specific training in our equipment, cleaning procedures, chemical use and food-safety requirements.
