EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT BAKER – DIAMOND CREEK
Madeleines Bakery is looking for an experienced Assistant Baker to join our production team for approximately 38 hours per week.

This is a hands-on bakery production role with very early morning starts. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a commercial bakery, not someone looking for casual after-school/university hours.
The role includes: Assisting with daily bread and pastry production Dough preparation, shaping and general baking duties Preparing products for the morning trade Maintaining a clean and organised bakery workspace Working efficiently as part of the baking team
You must: Have previous commercial bakery experience Be available for very early morning starts Be available for approximately 38 hours per week Have your own car/reliable transport – public transport may not be available at our starting hours Be reliable, punctual and physically capable of bakery work Be looking for a stable, long-term position
