Commercial Cleaner (Part-time) - Kalamunda

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services at a commercial site in Kalamunda. You will help maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment across the site, including office areas, amenities (kitchens and bathrooms) and other designated areas.
This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday for one hour per day, with shifts commencing after 6pm.
No previous commercial cleaning experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete general cleaning duties throughout the site
- Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
- Clean office areas, amenities (kitchens and bathrooms) and other designated areas to a high standard
- Empty bins, remove rubbish and maintain waste management standards
- Restock toilet paper, soap and other consumables where required
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Follow cleaning procedures, site requirements and safety guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Report maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to the Area Manager
- Work professionally and respectfully around all site personnel.
Essential Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (Police Check) - must be held and issued in the last 3 months
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and complete required training
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to safely perform physical cleaning duties
