Join Advara HeartCare in this unique 50/50 hybrid role, combining medical reception and administration with cardiac technician duties based predominantly at our Armadale clinic.
You’ll be an important part of both the patient journey and the clinical team, with variety built into your day.
What you’ll be doing
50% Reception & Administration
- Welcoming and supporting patients
- Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
- Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
- Providing accurate and efficient administration
- Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
50% Cardiac Technician
- Performing cardiac diagnostic testing including ECGs and Holter monitoring
- Preparing patients and equipment for testing
- Assisting with cardiac investigations and ensuring high-quality recordings
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day cardiac services
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and following established protocols
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for patient care
- Is confident, organised and professional
- Has strong communication and attention to detail
- Enjoys both clinical and administrative work
- Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Experience in cardiac diagnostics, medical reception or healthcare is highly regarded. Training may be provided for the right person.
