Do you feel like there’s a ceiling on your growth where you are now?
Are you looking for a clinic where your experience is genuinely valued - and where there’s real room to grow?
If so, we’d love to connect. At Playful Paediatrics, experienced Speech Pathologists aren’t just filling a seat - they’re shaping the direction of our service, mentoring others, and deepening their expertise in areas they’re truly passionate about.
✨ Who We Are ✨
At Playful Paediatrics, we specialise in supporting children and their families to thrive - not just in therapy sessions, but in everyday life. We’re a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, OTs, and Psychologists providing playful, evidence-informed supports for children aged 0–18.
We take a neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred approach and build real relationships with the children and families we support. Connection, collaboration, and clinical integrity sit at the heart of everything we do.
(And yes … our backyard really is as good as everyone says.)
✨ What Makes Us Different ✨
- We’re a quality-first clinic - we prioritise meaningful, relationship-based care over high-volume output.
- Experienced clinicians have real input into how we work, what we offer, and where we grow. Your expertise shapes us.
- We actively support clinical leadership, mentoring, and the development of specialty areas within our team.
- Our team culture is genuinely warm and connected - people stay here because they love the environment, not just the role.
✨ What We Offer ✨
- Remuneration: A competitive salary that reflects your experience and expertise, discussed openly at interview. We believe experienced clinicians deserve to be paid well.
- Professional Development: A generous PD budget and dedicated leave to invest in the areas that matter most to you. We support attendance at national conferences, specialist training, and more. Regular in-house PD and peer learning sessions are also part of our culture.
- Clinical Leadership & Mentoring: Opportunities to contribute to supervision, peer mentoring, and the shaping of our clinical approach - if that’s something that excites you.
- Work–Life Balance: Flexible days and hours that genuinely fit your life. We know sustainable practice leads to better outcomes for everyone.
- Supportive Team: A close-knit, collaborative team who care about each other as people, not just colleagues.
- Administrative Support: Our admin team handles scheduling, billing, and coordination so you can focus on high-quality clinical work.
- Tools & Resources: Laptop, assessment tools, subscriptions, car allowance, and access to beautifully resourced clinic spaces.
- Team Connection: Regular team catch-ups, shared lunches, celebrations, and a culture that genuinely makes work enjoyable.
- Beautiful Clinic: A warm, home-like environment designed for creative, playful therapy - including our much-loved outdoor space.
