Whether you are just starting out, need to complete your placement hours, or already hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, we want to hear from you! What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to keeping them safe.
- A willingness to learn and follow our service’s policies, procedures, and philosophy.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Certificate III applicants will also be considered for the right candidate – if you already hold a Cert III and are looking for further growth, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily care and education of children in a Montessori setting.
- Support lead educators in implementing age-appropriate activities and routines.
- Actively participate in training sessions and apply new learnings in practice.
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
