YOUR ROLE
As Executive Housekeeping Manager, you'll take ownership of the housekeeping operation and lead the team towards consistently high standards.
You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the housekeeping department
- Overseeing daily housekeeping operations
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards
- Developing and improving housekeeping policies and procedures
- Training, coaching and mentoring team members
- Conducting regular room and public-area inspections
- Working closely with other hotel departments
- Ensuring guest concerns are handled quickly and professionally
- Managing cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory
- Managing the housekeeping budget and controlling costs
- Monitoring operational performance and productivity
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service
- Keeping up with industry trends and best practices

✅ Knowledge of health and safety requirements
✅ Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs

✅ Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
