For You Support Coordinators is a growing Brisbane-based allied health service. We're expanding our team and partnering with established GP practices across Brisbane South, East, West, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team on a casual contractor basis, two days per week, with the potential for hours to grow as the caseload builds. You will provide psychological assessment and treatment to a varied client caseload, with consulting rooms provided within established general practices.
About You
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, with relevant educational certifications
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
- Own ABN and current professional indemnity insurance
- Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Demonstrated experience across evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g. CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR)
- Ability to build strong rapport and create a comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients
- Clear communicator who involves clients in their own care
- Professional and personable manner, both in person and via telehealth
- Reliable and able to attend consulting rooms as scheduled, with short-notice flexibility where needed
- Comfortable delivering both in-person and telehealth sessions
- Ability to work autonomously within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Open-minded, self-aware, ethical and empathetic approach to client care
- Contactable professional references
