UPA Hunter Region is seeking a warm, professional, and community-minded Part-Time Retirement Village Administration Assistant to support our Retirement Living community at Woodland Village Lodge.

Reporting to the Village Manager at Woodland Village, Wallsend NSW, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the village by providing high-quality administrative and customer service support on a part-time basis. You will often be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and contractors, helping to create a warm, respectful, and supportive community environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
A current driver's licence is essential, as travel between villages may be required from time to time.
- Providing professional administrative support to the Retirement Village Manager
- Welcoming residents, families, visitors, and contractors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing resident records, admissions, and documentation
- Preparing correspondence, reports, newsletters, and meeting minutes
- Coordinating maintenance requests and general administration tasks
- Assisting with resident activities, outings, and community communications
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Supporting a positive, caring, and team-focused village environment

- Hold a current driver's licence and are willing to travel between villages when required
- Previous customer service experience
- Administration experience
- Experience in aged care, retirement living, or community services (desirable but not essential)
