Library Services Centre
The Library Services Centre provides innovative, customer-focused services that support the University’s learning, teaching and research goals. This includes helping students and staff develop digital and information skills, supporting the use of learning technologies, building research skills and providing access to information resources and scholarly and cultural collections. The Library also undertakes the management of the University’s tier-one library systems and databases, as well as data analytics to inform service planning and collection development. In addition, it provides a wide range of online resources and services to staff and students across all campuses and study locations. The Library also leads the management of the University’s business records and archives. This includes the maintenance of information management systems and the use of data analytics to improve processes. Together, these efforts ensure that key information is captured, organised and preserved, supporting compliance, informed decision-making and the ongoing accessibility of the University’s records.
