The Opportunity:
As our Compliance Officer you will have a strong focus on workforce compliance. You'll own the weekly compliance cycle that keeps our NDIS workforce credentialled, current and ready to deliver care - verifying documents, tracking expiries, and making sure nothing slips through.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys compliance work: the rhythm of a well-run weekly cycle, the satisfaction of a clean, accurate record, and the quiet importance of getting the details exactly right.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage the compliance inbox, prioritising urgent items and confirming every action

Verify mandatory compliance documents and keep records accurate in our systems including but not limited to working rights, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR

Timely notifications to Services Delivery to ensure workforce remains compliant

Maintain tracking logs, archives and compliance reporting for audit and management

Generate, refine and distribute accurate compliance reports

Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, SharePoint, and employee files

Prepare and issue employee correspondence using approved templates
To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in an administrative, data-focused role preferred

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Confidence using systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong organisational skills and reliability
-
Ability to work productively as part of a broader team

Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders

Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
