Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses

Upgrade Health is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly growing team.
As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges associated with injury, illness, disability, or ageing. Your role will focus on improving independence, participation, mobility, and overall quality of life.
You will have the opportunity to independently manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC referrals, while working within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Strong understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disabilities
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
