Sindhiz Retail Pty Ltd operates TSG & Cignall Retail Stores across Australia, and our Cignall North Buderim store is on the hunt for an experienced, driven Retail Manager to lead our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage rostering, staff scheduling, and team performance
- Drive sales targets, store KPIs, and profitability
- Oversee stock control, ordering, stocktakes, and deliveries
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards across the store and brand displays
- Manage cash handling, EFTPOS reconciliation, and end-of-shift/day balancing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Lotto experience highly regarded (though not essential – training provided)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
- Strong understanding of stock management, rostering, and sales performance
- A fast learner who picks up new systems and processes with ease
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekend shifts
- An energetic, fun, and professional attitude with strong leadership presence
