About the Role
The Evaluation Coordinator (Heaslip Fellow) plays a key role in leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of evaluation activities across the MD Program. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role provides specialist expertise in evaluation planning, data analysis and evidence-based reporting to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact. This position contributes to strengthening evaluation capability, ensuring best practice methodologies are applied, and supporting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating the effectiveness of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in preparing graduates for internship and future professional practice
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, measure outcomes and inform strategic decision-making
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to support evaluation activities, build capability and embed best practice approaches
Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and recommendations that communicate findings, impacts and opportunities for improvement

About You
You are a highly analytical and collaborative professional with a strong background in evaluation, research or data-informed practice. You bring the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and are passionate about using evidence to drive improvement and impact. With excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to continuous learning, you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence outcomes and contribute to strategic priorities.
Key Capabilities and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering evaluations, including developing frameworks, methodologies and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and translate findings into actionable insights
Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing clear, concise reports and delivering insights to inform decision-making
