Position Description:
Division Barber Co is seeking an experienced, senior-level Hairdresser/Barber to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This is a hands-on role delivering premium haircutting, styling, beard grooming and shaving services to clients in a fast-paced, high-standard barbershop environment.
Duties:
- Perform a full range of men's and unisex haircutting, styling and grooming services
- Provide beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments
- Deliver consistently high-quality client service and build a loyal client base
- Maintain a clean, professional and well-presented work station
- Advise clients on suitable hair and grooming products
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser or barber, at a senior/stylist level
- Strong technical skills across a range of modern and classic cutting and styling techniques
- International work experience highly regarded
- Previous management experience is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in a minimum of two languages, to support the international client base present in the Avalon Beach area
- An active social media presence is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work full-time across a rotating roster, including weekends
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 per annum + super (guaranteed annual earnings)
Pay: $95,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
