Campus Director - Leichhardt Marion Street
I may not know what a Campus Director does.
But I know when the grown-ups around me feel supported.
I know when my educators smile.
I know when my family is welcomed by name.
I know when my campus feels safe, happy and full of people who care.
At Only About Children Leichhardt Marion Street, you can help create that feeling.
We're looking for an experienced, values-led and people-focused Campus Director.
About our Leichhardt Marion St campus
At Leichhardt Marion St, my day feels small, warm and full of character. I arrive at a beautiful old church building near Norton Street, parks, cafes, schools and the local community. With high ceilings and colourful windows, my campus feels personal, calm and special.
I learn in three indoor spaces and play outside with a cubby house, sandpit, sensory path, bike track and vegetable patch. I can pretend, build, ride, dig and explore while feeling safe and known in a close-knit campus. This is where creativity, routines and relationships help my confidence grow.
You're The Difference
At OAC, they say You're The Difference.
I think that means your leadership helps my whole campus feel safe. You help educators feel confident, families feel welcome and children feel ready to learn.
About the role
I need a campus where everyone knows what matters most.

- My educators feel confident when you coach leaders and build a strong team culture.
- My family feels welcomed when you strengthen trust, communication and community connection.
- My learning grows when you oversee curriculum quality, QIP and continuous improvement.
- My campus runs smoothly when you manage budgets, enrolments, staffing, occupancy and operations.
- My experience improves when you lead with warmth, accountability and child-centred decisions.
What you'll bring
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Significant early childhood leadership and service management experience.
- Nominated Supervisor or Campus Director experience, preferred.
- Knowledge of the NQF, child protection legislation and compliance.

- Leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making skills.
- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
What we offer
- OAC recognises the impact of your leadership through above award pay, worker retention payment and recognition programs.
- Leadership pathways across campus operations and Support Office help your career keep growing.
- Regional, operational, compliance, enrolments, education and people support help you lead with confidence.
- Professional development and expert-led learning help you keep strengthening the campus for children, families and educators.
- Your family matters too, with up to 50% childcare discount for eligible team members, paid parental leave and salary sacrifice options.
- OAC Rewards, Wellbeing Days, TELUS Health EAP and wellbeing resources help support your wellbeing as you lead.
Child safety and inclusion
I need to feel safe before I can learn, play and grow.
At OAC, child safety comes first. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and harm. Everyone who joins the team must help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive place where children have a voice, feel safe, and are valued and respected.
You will need to complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks. OAC welcomes people from all backgrounds who share this commitment.
