Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is growing. We are looking for an IT Service & Support Desk Technician to join our team at our Norwest Head Office.
As the IT Service & Support Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT support requests and responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring a seamless IT experience for users.
What you will do?
Your day to day duties will include:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and IT services
- Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents using ITSM tools
- Troubleshoot PCs, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Ensure all incidents are documented and resolved within SLAs
- Assist users with IT-related queries and troubleshooting steps
- Provide guidance on software applications, system navigation, and best practices
- Deliver basic IT training for new employees and existing staff as required
- Gather user feedback and report recurring issues to improve service quality
- Support user account management, password resets, and access control
- Assist in deploying and configuring IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues proactively
- Enforce IT security protocols, including password policies and data protection measures
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with basic endpoint security management, including antivirus updates and patching
- Identify and report potential security threats or vulnerabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation for troubleshooting guides, IT processes, and user manuals
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reduce IT service disruptions
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed
- Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and best practices
About you?
We are looking for someone with:

Experience in IT support, service desk, or help desk roles
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, and network connectivity issues
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support technologies
- Experience configuring and deploying IT hardware and software
- Exposure to cloud-based applications and mobile device management is advantageous
- Strong understanding of desktop support, system administration, and endpoint management
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and IT security protocols
- ITIL knowledge or certification in IT service management (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Friendly and approachable, with a strong customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Proactive and solution-focused, always looking for ways to improve IT support services
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
