We're looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our Warringah Mall team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire your team, drive commercial performance, and build a rewarding leadership career with one of Australia's fastest-growing optometry retailers.
You'll work closely with our experienced Store Partner, gaining valuable commercial and operational experience through our unique Joint Venture Partnership model. This provides exposure to business ownership principles while being supported by experienced retail leaders.

Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial results

Oversee day-to-day store operations, compliance and presentation standards

Drive team performance through coaching, development and genuine customer care—not pushy sales tactics

Manage rosters, labour efficiency and store budgets

Support customers in-store with eyewear selection and patient care

Partner closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional patient experiences
You'll bring:

Previous retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader or similar)

A proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve results

Experience managing or contributing to store performance, labour planning or rosters

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication and leadership skills

A desire to continue developing your commercial and people leadership capabilities
No optical experience? No problem. We'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in optical retail.

Competitive base salary up to $70,000 plus superannuation plus bonus
