About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site crews, you will coordinate resources, oversee site operations and foster a strong safety culture while delivering key project milestones across Endeavour Energy's construction program.
Key Accountabilities

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and daily construction activities to safely deliver project milestones on time and to specification.

Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with Company Safety Rules, site safety plans and safe work practices, including leading toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.

Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues and collaborate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to manage technical queries, variations and site challenges.

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including SWMS, risk assessments, daily reports, incident investigations and site records.

Manage site resources, including labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities, to support efficient project delivery.
About You
You are an experienced construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality outcomes. You have strong leadership and communication skills, can confidently coordinate multiple work fronts and build positive relationships with crews, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Your practical problem-solving ability, attention to detail and commitment to safety make you a trusted leader on site.
Required Qualifications

Trade qualification in Electrical or equivalent practical experience.

General Construction Induction (White Card).

Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Skills & Experience
You have demonstrated experience supervising construction teams on electrical infrastructure or utility projects, with a strong understanding of construction practices, site safety and risk management. You are confident interpreting technical drawings and specifications, coordinating subcontractors and managing competing priorities. Experience using Microsoft Office and Project, along with sound financial awareness and site-level cost control, will be highly regarded.
