Practice Manager Wanted – Join Our Growing Allied Health Clinic
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our growing allied health clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Our busy clinic is open 7 days a week and has a strong focus on providing excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who can help manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and support our growing team.
The role includes:
- Managing daily clinic operations
- Supporting and coordinating our reception team
- Managing rosters and workflows
- Improving clinic systems and processes
- Ensuring a great experience for our patients and practitioners
- Assisting with staff management and training
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a similar role
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Enjoys working in a busy team environment
