Help us grow! OTE $200k for Building Management BDM
We are a growing rope access window cleaning and building maintenence company in St Georges Tce, Perth. We're looking for a hungry salesperson with experience in the building management, FM or strata industries. What we offer our customers is second to none: a service based on trust, safety, professionalism and excellence. Up to now we've grown strongly through word of mouth and our online presents alone, but we have reached the point where we want more.
Our mission is to reach the rest of Perth, then the rest of WA, then the rest of Australia. You will report directly to the owner and help build the sales team from the ground up.
We offer a competitive starting base salary of $115K plus super, a fuel card and a commission scheme that will deliver at lease $200K OTE for success. A company car will also be condidered after 6 months for the right applicant. You will be responsible for:
- Generating revenue by building strong networks within building, local government, strata and facilities management.
- Finding opportunities before our competitors do.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing and commercial terms with our clients to foster long term relationships.
- Maintaining contact with our current clients and expolring additional opportunities with them, including attendance at industry and networking events.
- Identifying tender opportunities and ensuring that we win them - we already have some basic admin support but can increase this as necessary.
Like all successful sales people you will be self-motivated: a true hunter with the ability to open doors and find opportunities for growth. You will be results-driven, with a continuous improvement approach. You must hold the right to work in Australia indefinitely. If you have worked in the rope access industry before, that would be of tremendous benifit, but a background in building maintenance, facilities management or similar industries will work for the right candidate.
