We are a modern bakery in Bayswater with a strong emphasis on high-quality, handmade products. We are looking for a passionate Pastry Hand to join our team.
Your role (Pastry Hand)
- Craft pastries using the finest ingredients
- Follow recipes maintaining high standards
- Ensure pastries are produced on time
- Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies
- Receive stock, rotate and store correctly
- Work cooperatively with all departments
- Clean and maintain all kitchen space and equipment
- Minimise wastage
The successful candidate will:
- Reliable and hard working
- Have high food safety and high hygiene standards
- Great communication and able to follow instruction
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
- Ability to commute/relocate to Bayswater
- Have work authorisation in Australia
