About the role
As the Executive Coordinator, SA Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Director and General Manager, SA Pharmacy, while helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the SA Pharmacy Corporate Office. You will provide high-level executive, administrative and research support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, building strong relationships across the organisation and working with a high degree of confidentiality, initiative and professionalism. From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to preparing Ministerial, Chief Executive and Chief Executive Officer briefings, agendas and minutes, you will be trusted to bring organisation, sound judgement and attention to detail to every aspect of the role.
This is a diverse and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of an executive team and making a meaningful contribution behind the scenes. You will support the Executive Director and General Manager with data collection and analysis, assist with resolving complex and sensitive matters, and contribute to a range of ad-hoc projects and corporate initiatives. You will also play an important role in overseeing SA Pharmacy’s casual and candidate pools and supporting corporate communications channels. About You
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable professional who can provide trusted executive support in a fast-paced and sensitive environment. You will bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Exceptional communication and executive support skills – you have strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to prepare and edit complex briefings and correspondence, coordinate meetings, develop agendas, record minutes and follow through on actions.
Highly organised and adaptable – you thrive in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly, demonstrate initiative and sound problem-solving skills, and can work autonomously while contributing positively as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgement – you confidently liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels, manage sensitive and complex matters with discretion, maintain strict confidentiality and use diplomacy to navigate challenging or conflict situations.
Relevant administrative experience and digital capability – you have experience establishing and maintaining effective systems, processes, policies and procedures, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Objective. Knowledge of SA Health and the broader South Australian Public Sector will be highly valued.
