Front of House Staff – Club Bistro
D&K Brothers Pty Ltd is looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Staff to join our busy Club Bistro team.
We are looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, have a positive attitude and genuinely care about providing great customer service.
About the Role
As a Front of House team member, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating the POS/till system
- Delivering food to tables and managing food buzzers
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting customers with menu enquiries and dietary requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Communicating closely with the kitchen and other FOH team members
- Providing friendly and professional service at all times
- Assisting during busy lunch, dinner, weekend and event periods
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, bistro or club environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to remain organised during busy service periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous POS experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
An NSW RSA certificate is highly regarded.
