Knowledge, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, of the criminal justice system or similar legislated work environment
Verbal communication skills as demonstrated through the ability to listen, understand and speak clearly with a diverse audience
Strong written communication skills which demonstrates a high attention to detail and ability to summarise information and data in a professional report and case note format for both internal and external audiences
Effective self-management and time-management skills, with the capacity to adapt and participate in team-based problem solving, and to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
Interpersonal and negotiation skills to support service delivery in an environment where engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders is critical
Demonstrated skills and competence in the use of a wide range of computer software, information management systems and the ability to operate peripheral or new technology such as video conferencing and electronic document storage applications
Demonstrated skills in data collation, analysis and reporting
