Herbs & Motion is an integrated health and wellness clinic in Camberwell offering Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage. We are a friendly multidisciplinary team focused on providing professional, personalised and compassionate care to our patients.
We are looking for a warm, reliable and organised Clinic Receptionist to join our team and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
About the Role
As our Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and provide day-to-day support to our practitioners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and providing a welcoming clinic experience
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Managing appointments and bookings
- Processing payments and completing general administrative tasks
- Assisting practitioners when required
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic environment
- Helping with the overall day-to-day operation of the clinic
There is also an opportunity to learn about Chinese herbal medicine for someone who is interested in developing their knowledge in this area.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Can communicate confidently in both Mandarin and English
- Is kind, patient and empathetic
- Is reliable, punctual and responsible
- Is organised and has strong attention to detail
- Can multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Has a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
- Is a team player with a positive and helpful attitude
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous reception, administration, customer service or healthcare experience is preferred, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
