About the Role
You will work with children and families across the Gold Coast, Tweed and NSW Northern Rivers regions, delivering assessment and intervention services within an evidence-based Key Worker and Early Childhood Intervention framework.
Our client base primarily includes:
- Children aged 0-12 years
- NDIS participants
- Early intervention clients
- Children with developmental delays
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Speech, language and communication disorders
- Motor speech disorders
- Social communication challenges
- Feeding and swallowing needs
Services are delivered in a variety of settings including:
- Clinic
- Home
- Community
- Early childhood settings
- Schools
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services
- Build the capacity of families and caregivers
- Collaborate with educators, health professionals and community supports
- Work within a transdisciplinary Key Worker model
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reports
- Contribute to service improvement and innovation
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
- Minimum 7 years' experience
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Current Driver Licence
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)

Pay: $85,000.00 – $117,000.00 per year
