About the Role:
We are seeking experienced casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the bar, gaming and food & beverage areas, creating memorable experiences for every guest. Whether you're mixing drinks, serving customers, operating gaming facilities or providing exceptional service on the floor, you'll play an important role in our venue's success.
This position offers a rotating 7-day roster with a mix of day, evening and late-night shifts, making it ideal for candidates with flexible availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across bar, gaming and floor service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate TAB, Keno and gaming facilities while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations
- Assist guests with gaming enquiries and promote responsible gambling practices.
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented work environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Follow all RSA, RCG and venue compliance procedures
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (essential)
- Previous bar experience in a busy hospitality venue
- Gaming experience is highly regarded
- TAB and Keno experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
