Background
Vincharlin Pty Ltd trading as Gecko Painting Services is a proud family-owned business that strives for the perfection in all we do. We have grown to be a trusted name with several large Builders across Southeast Queensland over the last 15 years.
In support of our claims of growth and the scope of our operations, our business has recorded a turnover of $2.1M AUD for the most recently concluded 2024-25 FY, with a net profit of $166K AUD for the same period, being highly indicative of our financial capacity to operate as a going concern and to remunerate skilled talent as needed.
In facing a continuous need for an experienced and qualified Painter to sustain and expand our operations, our business wishes to decrease its reliance on short-term committed workers, to ensure staff availability and limit the risks of disruptions to our operations because of being understaffed - something that is crucial in promoting our future growth, and business expansion plans.
