Great opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with experience designing and delivering complex, highly bespoke modules implementations.
This environment is highly customised, you’ll need to be comfortable working across tailored modules, workflows and complex scripting.
It is an initial 6 month contract with possibilty to extend, with offices based in Sydney CBD and offering hybrid working environment.
What You’ll Do?
- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, SAM and CMDB
- Build and Optimise CMDB (Data models, Data Ingestion, Reconciliation, Governance)
- Work on integration with other systems (CRM, etc.)
- Design and implement customised solutions using advanced scripting
- Support testing including system, user and security testing
- Support release cycles and ensure high-quality, scalable builds
- Provide SME advice and resolve design and delivery challenges
- Deliver comprehensive documentation, training and knowledge transfer
What We’d Love To See?
- Australian citizen NV1 Security cleared or eligible for NV1 clearance
- ~5 years experience with ServiceNow platform and scripting
- Proven experience building bespoke ServiceNow solutions in complex and large environments
- Experience implementing non-standard modifications and intricate workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications highly regarded
