DSW Opportunities – Hammond Park, Perth | Revira Care
Revira Care is seeking experienced and professional Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support two female participants residing in our SIL property in Hammond Park, Perth.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and suitably experienced staff who have a strong understanding of:
* Dementia support and care
* Down syndrome
* Complex support needs and person-centred care
* Supporting independence, dignity and daily living
* Positive Behaviour Support and maintaining a safe environment
* Effective communication and professional documentation
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous SIL/disability support experience
* Demonstrated experience supporting people with dementia and/or Down syndrome
* Relevant NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required compliance
* Strong communication, reliability and professionalism
* Availability for day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts
* A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, respectful support
Location: Hammond Park, Perth WA
Participants: 2 female participants
Setting: Supported Independent Living (SIL)
