About the Role
This is an active, hands‑on position combining field work with essential administrative support. As a Part‑Time Property Manager Assistant, you will help keep the property management workflow moving by supporting inspections, access coordination, tenant communication, and general operational tasks.
The role requires regular travel across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. You must be confident driving between properties, using mobile/tablet apps, capturing clear photos and notes, and communicating with the office while onsite. This is not a desk‑only role — it is a practical, mobility‑based position suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road and working across varied environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct or assist with routine inspections across the portfolio
- Support entry and exit inspections, including detailed photo capture and condition notes
- Take clear, accurate property photos and document property condition
- Check and verify maintenance items and completed trade works
- Assist with keys, access coordination, trade appointments, and property checks
- Support leasing inspections and open homes when required
- Prepare, update, and finalise inspection reports and notes
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, trades, and the PM team
- Update tasks, notes, and workflows within property management systems
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflow
About You
We are looking for someone practical, organised and reliable — someone who is confident dealing with people and comfortable working across both field and admin tasks. You may already have experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, Field Agent, Inspection Officer or PM Assistant, or you may be looking to step into a hands‑on support role within the property management space.
You Will Ideally Have:
- Previous property management, leasing or real estate office experience
- Current QLD real estate registration/licence, or willingness to obtain it
- Current driver licence and a reliable car
- Confidence driving across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs
- Strong attention to detail with photos, notes and follow‑up
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Confidence using mobile/tablet apps and property management systems
- Ability to work independently while out on the road
- A practical, calm and professional approach
- Willingness to assist across inspections, leasing, keys, access and PM support
