Sisters Cleanup Squad is a locally owned cleaning company providing high-quality domestic cleaning services across the Sunshine Coast.
We are currently looking for reliable, caring and detail-focused cleaners to join our growing team, primarily supporting aged care and DVA clients in their own homes, with opportunities to assist with builders cleans and spring/deep cleans.
We understand that flexibility matters. Our work is Monday to Friday during daytime hours, making this role ideal for parents, mature-aged applicants, semi-retired workers, or anyone looking for regular part-time hours without nights or weekends.
Where possible, we keep the same cleaner with the same clients and allocate work within a consistent area. This allows you to build genuine relationships with your clients while reducing unnecessary travel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Domestic cleaning in clients' homes
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Changing bed linen when required
- General household cleaning
- Spring and deep cleans as part of a team
- Builders cleans when available
- Following infection-control and workplace health and safety procedures
- Providing friendly, respectful and professional service to elderly and vulnerable clients
What We Offer
- Casual employment from $33.85 per hour
- Higher rates for spring/deep cleans where applicable
- Paid travel time between clients
- Kilometre allowance
- All cleaning equipment and products supplied
- Regular weekly and fortnightly clients
- Work available between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
- School-hour-friendly shifts
- Monday to Friday only
- No nights and no weekends
- Fixed/regular shifts where possible
- Immediate start available

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work confidently and independently
- Is friendly, compassionate and respectful
- Enjoys helping elderly people remain comfortable and independent in their own homes
- Communicates well with clients and our office team
- Is comfortable travelling between clients during the day
- Is looking for consistent, ongoing work rather than one-off shifts
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Ability to travel between clients
- Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Blue Card, Yellow Card and/or NDIS Worker Screening where required
- Australian working rights
Experience
Previous domestic, aged care, DVA, builders or professional cleaning experience is preferred; however, it is not essential.
We are happy to train the right person who has a great attitude, is dependable and genuinely cares about providing a high standard of service.
Expected hours: Approximately 5–15 hours per fortnight initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as your regular client base grows.
