Sales Consultant / Mobile Showroom Specialist

$80,000 Base Salary + Commission
Expected Earnings: Around $105,000 + per year
Are you confident, personable and great with people?
We are looking for a motivated salesperson to run our mobile showroom across Sydney, helping clients trial adjustable beds and lift recliner chairs in the comfort of their own homes.
This is not a retail shop role. You’ll be out on the road meeting clients face to face, building trust, demonstrating products and helping people improve their comfort, independence and quality of life.

We are a family owned business specialising in adjustable beds, lift recliner chairs and pressure care solutions for aged care, NDIS and private clients. We provide an obligation-free mobile showroom service across Sydney and pride ourselves on genuine care, product knowledge and old fashioned customer service.
About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Running our mobile showroom across Sydney
- Attending booked in-home appointments and product trials
- Demonstrating adjustable beds, lift recliner chairs and accessories
- Helping clients, carers and families choose the right solution for their needs
- Building relationships with occupational therapists, aged care providers and case managers
- Following up leads and quotes to convert sales
- Keeping the showroom vehicle organised and presentable
What we’re looking for
- Strong people skills and confidence speaking to older clients and families
- Sales experience preferred (medical, mobility, furniture, bedding or in-home sales highly regarded)
- Well presented, reliable and organised
- Able to work independently and manage appointments
- Caring and empathetic approach – this is relationship selling, not hard selling
Requirements
- Although you will have the assistance of a driver most days, you will still need to be comfortable driving around Sydney on your own.
- Full Australian driver’s license required
- Covid shots and Flu shots required
- Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and NDIS workers check
