Soul Brothers is looking for an energetic and reliable Burger Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality burgers, taking customer orders, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare burgers and other menu items according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Ensure the kitchen and front counter are clean and organised
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: $1.00 – $32.00 per hour
