premium rendering, decorative finishes, painting, and caulking solutions across
residential, commercial, remedial, and heritage projects.
As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and
motivated Renderer to join our team and contribute to some of Sydney's most
prestigious developments.
About the Role
Working alongside skilled tradespeople and project leaders, you will be responsible
for delivering high-quality rendering finishes that meet our exacting standards and
exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare substrates and surfaces for rendering applications
- Apply acrylic, polymer, cement, texture, and specialty rendering systems
- Read and interpret plans and project specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a premium standard
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades, and project stakeholders
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Identify and report quality or site issues proactively
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- White Card (essential)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
