Customer Relations Officer – Quotes & Bookings
Bike n' Blend is looking for someone with the right blend of skills to join our small, energetic team as a Customer Relations Officer – Quotes & Bookings Assistant
- Start date: End of July
- Location: Preston, Melbourne VIC (not a work from home position)
- Hours: Casual15 hours per week (3 x 5-hour shifts), ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but we're happy to be flexible

The Role
- Engage with customers via phone and email to discuss event requirements, clarify service needs, and prepare accurate quotes.
- Confidently close sales from inbound enquires
- Use Xero, Google Workspace, Insightly CRM and Trello (training provided but some experience required)
- Be organised and following documented processes
- Working collaboratively in a small team (jumping in to cover for others when the need arises)
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Occasional outbound emails, LinkedIn messages and networking events to assist us grow the business
- Clean and unpack from events at warehouse when needed (hence why this is not a working from home position)
The Applicant
- Has 2+ years' experience in a similar or transferable role (such as office administration, customer service or sales using Xero and or Google Workspace)
- Is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys helping people.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is comfortable using computers and software such as Excel, Xero, Word and Google Workspace so they can hit the ground running
- Is proactive, resourceful and enjoys solving problems.

This is a casual role as we only need the extra support for the next few months (until end of October most likely). However, if sales continue to grow, there's a possibility it could become a part-time position early next year.
