We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team and provide high-quality onsite and remote technical support to end users.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user support, peripherals, printers, and basic networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users (Onsite/Remote)
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, applications, peripherals, and user access issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations and laptops.
- Support user onboarding, workstation setup, and device replacement.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and common business applications.
- Perform remote troubleshooting using approved remote-support tools.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 support teams.
- Troubleshoot scanners, multifunction devices, barcode scanners, docking stations, monitors, and other peripherals.
- Liaise with printer vendors or third-party support providers when required.
- Support meeting rooms, workstations, printers, and network-connected devices.
- Perform site visits and physical troubleshooting when remote resolution is not possible.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week,
- Willingness to travel to customer/site locations when required
