The Role & Your Impact
As a Medical Product Specialist, your purpose is to drive the achievement of sales targets by securing the trust and recommendation of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across your territory.
In this role, you will build professional relationships with specialists, nurses, GP’s, hospital staff, and clinics to increase awareness and recommendations of Ego brands. You will serve as a key point of contact, delivering product training to healthcare professionals and supporting our growth across the territory.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets within budget by developing and executing structured call plans.
HCP Engagement: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dermatologists, paediatricians, general practitioners, and nursing staff.
Brand Awareness: Increase the recommendation and clinical usage of Ego brands through proactive representation at conferences and trade events.
Product Education: Maintain expert-level knowledge of product features and provide comprehensive training to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and supply strategic market insights and data forecasting to the broader commercial team.
Territory Administration: Manage the territories customer database and work within your sample and operating expenses budget.

Essential Requirements:
Medical Sales Track Record: Proven experience in territory management and achieving commercial sales targets.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with medical professionals, specialist clinics, and public/private hospitals.
Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering product training and professionally representing brands at large industry events.
Administrative Diligence: Strong organisation skills with a dedication to maintaining daily CRM entries and timely reporting.
Desirable Requirements:
Specialist Network: Established connections within dermatology, paediatrics, allergy or primary care sectors.
Strategic Input: Experience contributing to localised marketing plans and product intelligence gathering.
