What you'll do:
Are you a data-driven innovator ready to reshape one of Australia's largest supply chain networks? As a Network Analyst within our Liquor division, you will optimise end-to-end product flow, balance key supply chain levers to drive cost efficiency, and directly enhance customer availability. Reporting to the Supply and Network Planning Manager, this role offers a high-impact blend of advanced analytical modeling, strategic stakeholder influence, and hands-on project execution.
Build analytical models and optimise data to identify performance opportunities across the supply network.
Prepare, present, and deliver actionable network proposals featuring comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with operations and key stakeholders to seamlessly implement network reviews and tactical initiatives.
Project manage key optimisation changes, tracking progress against milestones while safeguarding product availability.
Plan and execute category and range developments through distribution centers.
Drive continuous improvement by assessing process shortfalls, designing trials, and developing support tools.
Evaluate process adjustments and document business impacts, training requirements, and updated procedures.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in supply chain, replenishment, or network analytics, ideally within a large retailer or FMCG environment.
Advanced analytical skills with a track record of modeling optimized scenarios to solve complex supply chain problems.
Strong data extraction and transformation capabilities, paired with the ability to present technical insights succinctly to stakeholders.
End-to-end project management expertise, from initial proposal to status reporting and benefits realisation.
A strong outcome orientation and deep understanding of core supply chain principles.
Desirable experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau), supply chain modeling in Google Sheets, and SAP reporting systems.
